For any application requiring precise measurement

BPC® μFlow is an excellent tool  for the precise measurement (CV≤ 1%) of any type of gas (e.g. CH4, CO2, N2, O2, H2, biogas, etc), meeting the needs of the most demanding biogas / biofuel labs and low gas flow applications. It provides a large detection range with high linearity up to 850 ml/h with the 2 ml flow cell and up to 4000 ml/h with the 9 ml flow cell. It normalises gas flow rate and volume measurement at 0 ˚C and 1 standard atmosphere (atm).

All gas flow measurements are taken online and in real-time, requiring no labour, freeing up time for other activities.

Flexible low gas flow measurement

BPC® μFlow is a highly flexible low gas flow measurement device that can be operated as a stand-alone instrument for a specific application or combined with other technologies. Its compact size in combination with a data acquisition system requires only a limited amount of space.

The unit offers a standard analogue signal output for automatic data acquisition and provides you with an embedded timer and reset button for easy logging of accumulated gas flow volume over a defined period of time.

Data logger for real-time monitoring

BPC® μFlow data logger and BPC® Universal data logger are specially produced for automatic data acquisition. Their graphical user interfaces let you monitor any experiment in real-time and download results in a format that allows for easy analysis. Both data loggers support up to eight BPC® μFlow devices. The Universal data logger can also support other possible sensors with the same type of analogue signal output.
