Software

Data logger for online process monitoring

Designed for real-time monitoring

The BPC® Universal Data Logger consists two hardware models, i.e. one model with USB connection to computer and another with ethernet connection. Both models run the same data acquisition software.

The BPC Universal Data Logger (USB) comes with a computer-based software application specifically designed for monitoring and logging passive 4-20 mA analog signals from different in-line sensors for gas flow, pH/ORP, or customised process parameter. You get a direct visualisation of any variations in these parameters. Set up an experiment, monitor its progress and download results with little effort. All data is in a format that allows for easy analysis.

You can define the measurement scale of these parameters and acquire real-time data in up to eight channels. The current parameter value is displayed for each channel (based upon the mean value over the last minute).

The BPC Universal Data Logger (Ethernet) has a software application designed for logging passive and active analog signals from different in-line sensors for gas flow, pH/ORP, gas composition, or customized process parameter. Set up an automated process monitoring system with several different types of in-line sensors, and define and customise measurement scale for each type of process parameter. The software supports up to five different types of process parameters and up to eight independent measuring channels.

Software licences for the BPC Universal Data Logger is included with data logger hardware.

What people say

We bought six BPC® CSTR-5S reactors, six BPC® µflow gas flow meters and one data logger for our pilot-scale experiments on anaerobic digestion of biowaste... All instruments are very easy to handle. We can easily set up an automatic feeding and discharging system which minimises the labour-demand for the experiment follow-up… The design of gas, liquid and solid in/outlets are suitable for our experimental needs. No blockage issue has ever been experienced. We are fully satisfied by Bioprocess Control's pilot scale solution, it earns us some envious looks from colleagues 🙂
