Online and real-time process monitoring made easy

Process monitoring with BPC

Process monitoring adds sensor data such as temperature, pH, and ORP to your BPC Go measurements. BPC DAQ logs the signals, and BPC Connect brings multiple units into one workflow in Aurora, with everything stored together for easier evaluation and reporting.

What to monitor

Process monitoring lets you log sensor signals that help explain what is happening inside the reactor. Pair key parameters with your BPC Go gas measurements, then review everything in BPC’s software Aurora.

With all data on the same timeline, it is easier to interpret results and compare runs over time.

Why process monitoring?

Gas production is valuable, but it rarely tells the full story on its own. Add process parameters and you can understand changes faster, keep experiments more stable, and document the conditions behind the results, whether you run one unit or several.

Context

Link sensor readings and gas production data in our software Aurora for clearer interpretation.

Stability

Spot deviations earlier and act before they affect the run.

Traceability

Build cleaner datasets for analysis, reporting, and repeat work.

Products

Our data acquisition solutions

BPC offers process monitoring solutions that extend BPC Go from gas production data to a more complete workflow. BPC DAQ adds sensor logging, and BPC Connect brings multiple BPC Go units into one shared interface. Choose the setup that fits your lab, from single unit work to larger multi unit experiments – or use both for a fully connected system.

BPC DAQ

BPC DAQ is the a data acquisition unit for BPC Go that enables real-time analogue sensor monitoring alongside gas production measurements. It connects directly to BPC Go and supports up to four sensors, such as temperature, pH or ORP.

BPC Connect

BPC Connect is a network based coordination hub that turns multiple BPC Go units into one centralised system. Connect up to six units and control and monitor them through a single interface in Aurora software, with data stored in one place.

SENSORS

Seamless compatibility

With plug-and-play functionality, the BPC DAQ allows straightforward integration of analogue sensors with the BPC Go system. The unit is equipped with four analogue ports with automatic passive and active signal detection, allowing connection to a wide range of commercially available sensors without manual configuration.
