Customers are provided with a pre-training document with instructions on how to get started before engaging in an online training session. This allows you to get the most value out of your time with our experts.

Technical documentation

Our customers gain exclusive access to our user friendly handbooks and manuals. Our documents will guide you on your experimental set-up and the ins and outs of our equipment.



Live demonstration

Upon request, our team of experts can provide live instrument demonstrations during your training session.
