Welcome New Share Owners to BPC Instruments AB

We are happy to announce that BPC Instruments AB (“BPC”) has recently gained two new institutional investors as shareholders. ES Aktiehandel AB and Exelity AB have acquired a combined total of 700,000 shares in our company from BPC Board Member Kristofer Cook.

ES Aktiehandel AB, owned by Erik Selin Fastigheter AB, has acquired 300,000 shares, while Exelity AB, a Swedish fund, has acquired 400,000 shares from Sustainable Holding Sweden AB, also owned by Kristofer Cook. This transaction has been completed as a block trade with no impact on the share price in the market.
