With the integration of BRS III into the Company’s product portfolio, BPC is positioned to deliver state-of-the-art laboratory instruments catering to both batch and continuous fermentation tests for biogas/biomethane production processes. BRS III provides a solution by simulating biogas production processes on a smaller scale. This allows plant operators to explore different enhancements, including testing diverse loading regimes, and feedstock mixtures, and assessing the long-term impact of specific process operations – all without compromising the performance of the full-scale plant. Alongside AMPTS® III and BPC® Bioreactors in multiple sizes and configurations, BPC now offers a complete analytical solution for anaerobic fermentation tests in both batch and continuous modes. This is crucial for feedstock quality control, process optimization, and ensuring the smooth operation of full-scale biogas plants.
