BPC Instruments AB (“BPC” or the “Company”) has recently conducted a customer survey with results confirming great customer satisfaction. The Company’s products received stunning ratings with 94 percent of respondents being “satisfied” or “very satisfied”. Other areas to receive praise in ratings are technical support, delivery reliability, and product training.
BPC’s customer survey was conducted during November and December 2022 with over 140 customers globally. High-quality products, user-friendliness, software features, and access to technical support are what BPC’s customers value most. A stunning majority of 94 percent of respondents are “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with BPC’s products. Areas that have also been praised in ratings are product training, warranty, ease of use, as well as staff’s friendliness and availability for technical support.
