Recent survey shows BPC’s customers are extremely satisfied
One important KPI for us at #BPC is customer satisfaction. If you never ask what customers think, how will you know? Results of the customer satisfaction survey conducted end of last year, confirm great customer satisfaction with what we do at BPC Instruments. This applies not only to products and services, but also to customer support and delivery reliability. The survey provides valuable information and insights related to our company’s performance, and we are so proud of the results, which are an indication of the hard work put in by our employees.
