BPC Blue: Largest single order in BPC’s history

On 5 August 2025, BPC Instruments received an order valued at approximately SEK 4.4 million from a public research institution in the Philippines. The order includes several units of BPC Blue, the company’s instrument for conducting both aerobic and anaerobic biodegradability tests in a laboratory setting.

The systems will be used to study the biodegradability of new bioplastics and other sustainable materials, including packaging and mulch films. The initiative is part of a broader national programme aimed at strengthening research capacity within sustainable materials.

In addition to supplying the instruments, BPC will provide technical training and long-term support to facilitate effective use and knowledge transfer.
