LUND, SWEDEN – 3 DECEMBER 2021: On December 1, 2021, the subscription period in BPC Instruments AB (“BPC Instruments” or “the Company”) issue of shares before listing on the Spotlight Stock Market (“Spotlight”) ended. The issue was subscribed to approximately 101 percent, and the Company will thus receive the full amount of approximately SEK 15 million before issue costs amounting to approximately SEK 1.4 million. Through the issue, the Company obtains approximately 400 new shareholders. The first day of trading in BPC Instruments on Spotlight is expected to be December 16, 2021. Sedermera Fondkommission is the financial advisor and Market & Corporate Law Nordic AB is the legal advisor in connection with the capitalization and listing. Nordic Issuing is the issuing agent. BPC Instruments has also assigned Sedermera Fondkommission as market maker with the purpose to promote a good liquidity in the share.

“We would like to thank everyone who participated in the issue of shares, and we are very grateful for the interest in BPC Instruments. The capital that we are now provided with will finance business expansion in the US and China, acceleration of new product development including next generation of flagship apparatus and strengthen cash buffer to support the growth of business operations. Furthermore, the capital will allow us to continue investigation of instrument utilization in both existing and new fields to gain knowhow and competence for sales promotion and customer support.”
Subscription and allocation
The issue was subscribed for to a total of approximately SEK 15 million, including subscription commitments, corresponding to a subscription ratio of approximately 101 percent. 732,000 shares will be newly issued, and BPC Instruments will be provided approximately SEK 15 million before issue costs, which are estimated to amount to approximately SEK 1.4 million. Through the issue, BPC Instruments will add approximately 400 new shareholders. The Board has decided on the allocation of shares in accordance with the principles stated in the memorandum, and settlement notes are expected to be sent out today, December 3, 2021.
Numbers of shares and share capital
When BPC Instruments’ issues has been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the total number of shares will amount to 10,454,000 and the share capital will amount to SEK 574,970.00.
Listing at Spotlight Stock Market
BPC Instruments’ shares are planned to be listed on Spotlight Stock Market on December 16, 2021. The shares will be traded under the ticker name “BPCINS”, with ISIN code SE0017130826.
Liquidity Provider
BPC Instruments has assigned Sedermera Fondkommission as the Company’s liquidity provider. The assignment will commence on the first day of trading and Sedermera Fondkommission will continuously place trading items on both buy and sell side in the order book for BPC Instruments’ share and ensure that a predetermined spread is maintained in the share. The purpose of the market making is to promote good liquidity and ensure a low spread between the bid and ask price in current trading.
