The year 2022 is quickly coming to an end and BPC Instruments AB (“BPC”) is about to end an exciting and successful business year. As we look back on 2022, we have not only kept our promise of being a solid and stable company even in the most unstable times but also demonstrated incredible business growth from Q1 to Q3. The recent months have been even more intense for the BPC team with many business deals closed and product deliveries to be ensured. I am proud to say that BPC has remained a solid green-tech company with strong business growth potential during a pandemic, world conflicts, a turbulent financial market, and most recently – an energy crisis. I am confident that we have an exciting time ahead in 2023 as we focus on launching several new products and expanding our business in both existing and new sectors.  

The peace of Christmas sets in, and I have time to reflect on an eventful and rewarding year. First and foremost, I would like to extend my warmest thanks to all our employees and business partners. Thank you all for the hard work and great performance this year! We are also grateful for the trust and high interest from all our investors and customers around the world. Thank you for following us on our journey!

It is with pride that I look back on the past 12 months and what we have achieved together. BPC stands well-positioned in a market that is developing fast. Several milestones have been reached in 2022 and the interest in BPC and our instruments keeps high. Several important highlights this year include:

• Strong earnings growth in the first three quarters and growth trend continues in the most recent months.
• A significant high demand for the Company’s flagship products AMPTS^® and Gas Endeavour^® which is well in line with the rapid development trend for boosting biogas/biomethane production in Europe.
• Successful product launch for two new generations of products BPC^® Move and BPC^® Go which have been extremely popular in the market.
• Our development trend is well in line with our business objective to broaden the product range and penetrate the biodegradability evaluation of plastics and animal feed analysis markets.
• Continuing to be innovation-driven, BPC filed three new patent applications for future product lines.

Throughout the year, we have constantly continued our efforts to strengthen our organization with both existing and new talents to maintain our leadership position within our field. Since the end of March, BPC has been operating from its new premises including offices, laboratory, and warehouses which enables the expansion of our business activities and move the entire product configuration and logistics in-house.

The future of BPC looks very bright. In line with the groundbreaking target of biomethane production and utilization defined by the European Commission’s REPowerEU Plan, BPC recognizes great business opportunities and access to a significantly increased market potential for BPC’s products in the biogas sector over the coming years. In addition, we are working with a clear focus following our business roadmap on broadening our product range and expanding our business to new market segments.

Going forward in 2023, BPC is willing to be an active member of the biomethane industrial partnership led by the EU commission and team up with other European industrial partners to support the achievement of the target of 35 billion cubic meters of annual production and use of sustainable biomethane by 2030. BPC will continue strengthening our team to ensure business expansion and launch several next-generation flagship products according to plan. I am looking forward to all the new challenges and opportunities 2023 has to offer as we accelerate our market penetrations of both existing and new segments and keep good momentum in our innovation-driven, solid, and stable growth.
