International Biomass Conference

At the end of April we visited the International Biomass Conference in Minneapolis, USA. Martin Sallfeldt, our Sales Channel Manager, together with our CEO, Dr. Jing Liu, was excited to exhibit at the IBC. We were a part of a Swedish delegation arranged by Business Sweden and the Swedish Energy Agency. We were one of eight organizations together with Business Sweden, the Swedish Energy Agency and the Swedish Bioenergy Association.

While there we got the chance to meet the Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce (SACC) and GREATER MSP (Minneapolis Saint Paul Regional Economic Development Partnership), Bruce Karstadt, Honorary Consul General of Sweden for Minnesota and among others Bernie Sheff who is the Vice President of Renewable Energy and Chairman of the American Biogas Council.

We walked away from the conference with more knowledge about the American market and how they view the future in terms of biomass waste handling and waste water treatment.
