EAAP Symposium in Krakow

In September, Judith went to the 5th EAAP International Symposium on Energy and Protein Metabolism and Nutrition in Krakow, Poland. The conference, which gathered around 200 participants, was very research-focused, covering mainly animal nutrition, but also a small part of human nutrition.

The lessons about the role of energy and protein metabolism within the field of animal nutrition were especially interesting and useful for Bioprocess Control. At our roll-up, our Gas Endeavour was recognised by a few visitors we met previously at other conferences about animal nutrition.
